Role details:

Complaints relate mainly to the leasing of vehicles, in terms of the T&Cs or an issue with returning the vehicle, but also a growing volume of complaints about the commission charged on the original leasing document (similar to DCA)

The role will be outbound telephony and email/letter resolutions.
